Join the Wisconsin Council on Children & Families’ Children’s Action Network! (CAN)

Together, we CAN make kids Wisconsin’s top priority!

The Children’s Action Network (CAN) is a tool to help you become a powerful voice for Wisconsin’s most vulnerable families.

CAN members receive useful information and timely updates on issues such as health care, early childhood education, tax and budget, welfare, job training, and juvenile justice. CAN also makes it easy for you to communicate effectively with your elected officials so that they hear your voice asking them to prioritize our state’s kids and families. And CAN helps you connect with a network of others in your part of the state who share your desire to take action on these critical issues. CAN members also all commit to taking action at least three times each year on these issues – writing letters to the editor, contacting their legislators, etc. – so that our Network is as effective and powerful as possible!

With your help, we hope to grow CAN to become 25,000 members strong. With 25,000 committed advocates throughout Wisconsin, the issues facing struggling families and kids will become the top priority of our state’s policymakers!

The Wisconsin Council on Children & Families is the only multi-issue children’s advocacy organization in the state. Your membership supports our research, policy development, public education and advocacy work.

Membership Options

___ $12/year student/low-income membership.

___ $25/year special 2007 membership rate (The Council is celebrating its 125th Anniversary in 2006-2007.)

___ $40/year membership renewal rate for current members of the Wisconsin Council on Children and Families

___ Become a member at the $75 level. At this level, you will receive a 10% discount on all Council conferences, trainings, workshops, and special events.

___ $125/year organizational membership fee.
